ABOUT LISA
I'm in my prime, my life is happening for me not to me - and my life has been and is, very full - which is how I like it.
But I am still trying to find my way back to me given all I have been through...
I have been through a lot in my life thus far, a lot of losses, a lot of growth and expansion and the biggest catalyst in my life thus far is my Diagnosis of Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer at the mere age of 28.
But it didn't stop there, the Cancer has spread to my bones and my brain, and whilst my prognosis is 3 months to live - I am now 9 years on in living and thriving with Cancer - still having chemotherapy every 3 weeks to slow the Cancer's progression and I'm filling my life so full that I'm not giving Cancer the time of day to impact my life.

Queue Pink Fighting Back, a mission to re-discover myself, to find who I am outside and with Cancer, to get myself back (aka my pink back) and help others to do the same.

WHAT WE DO
BLOGGER | WORKSHOPS & EVENTS | EMOTIONAL WELLNESS AMBASSADOR
I'm on a mission to get my pink back, calling bullshit on all the egocentric monstrosities that we adapt through life, shedding layer by layer of protection and identities formed in the face of trauma and coming home to the best and most radiant graceful version of myself.

As women, we can create worlds alone, we can move mountains for the ones we love, but seem to lack the permission to create the world we desire, the identity we truly want for ourselves for fear of judgement and criticism. We are our own harshest critics, we tear ourselves down before even giving ourselves the space nor the opportunity to rise, for some reason it's as though we need external permission and validation before making ourselves a priority.

So, let this be your permission slip, as I use it as mine, sharing a journey of a lifetime - evolving from a unique perspective, reframing, reshaping, re-educating and embracing all the vulnerable parts of myself. It's going to the depths within, making a commitment to self to shed the judgement of what has been, all on a pursuit to rise, to find freedom, to embrace my fullest expression of self empowerment, and I'm sharing it all and bringing you along for the ride in the hopes that you find comfort, or you may associate with my struggles, my feelings or my words, and know that you are not alone in these struggles.

It's time us women fight to get your pink back, and through this space I hope you find the inspiration, the encouragement, the permission and the empowerment to do just that!

Pink Fighting Back!

I define myself for myself so I am not limited to other peoples fantasies of me!

THE BOOK
Terminally Authentic

In Terminally Authentic I share my experience with Stage IV Metastatic Terminal Cancer and reveal the process I used to break the constraints of my circumstances (Cancer) and rise beyond them.

This book exists to guide you through breaking your limitations, and creating a life you love and deserve, embracing your soul essence into all aspects of your life.

This book helps guide you to step from VICTIM to HERO, from WOUNDED to EMPOWERED, to EMERGE and REBIRTH into your true self, not restricted by your circumstances, your adopted meanings and identities formed from your life experiences.

You can use my book as a self-help guide, or you can work with me 1:1 or join one of my programs to take this journey of healing and freedom to the next level.
Lisa was kind, thoughtful, and empathetic. She did an amazing job of holding a non-judgemental safe space for us to explore deeply personal topics.

She is an active listener and very organised, yet intuitive. Her courage and openness were inspiring, for me to act in the same way.
I looked forward to my calls with Lisa as I never knew what we’d discuss or where the conversation would go, but I always knew it would be enlightening

Our connection to others is only as honest and as deep as the connection we have to ourselves...
